How to Get Promoted at a Startup

Startups tend to go through a lot of employees. Some are bad. Some are good. A few are better than the rest. I’ve interviewed, hired, and trained hundreds of people while working for startups. I’ve had to fire a handful of people but have promoted more. If you’re working at a startup, follow these 6 rules and you’ll quickly be in the c-suite.
